भारत के प्रत्येक बड़े शहरों में मैथिलि बोलने वालों का अपने भाषा और संस्कृति को लेकर वर्चस्व है।  मधुबनी पेंटिंग, मखाना उत्पादन और अद्भुत अतिथि सत्कार परम्परा के बाद इन दिनों देश भर में अनिल कुमार झा की खूब चर्चा हो रही है। लगभग ४५०० -५००० हजार युवाओं को  रोजगार से जोड़ने वाले अनिल कुमार कुमार झा करोड़ों मैथिलभाषियों के प्रेरणास्रोत के रूप में जाने जाते हैं। दरभंगा जिला के एक छोटे से गांव अमीठी से निकल कर देश के सफल बिजनेश मेन के रूप में अपने आप को स्थापित करने वाले अनिल कुमार झा का एक लक्ष्य मिथलांचल के युवाओं को अधिक से अधिक रोजगार से जोड़ना है। अनिल कुमार झा लगभग ३० वर्ष पहले दरभंगा से निकल के दिल्ली की ओर रुख किया और अपनी कड़ी मेहनत और ईमानदारी के वदौलत आज एक सफल बिज़नेस मैन के रूप में देश भर में विख्यात हैं। करियर में अपने आप को स्थापित करने के बाद अपने मातृ भाषा मैथिलि और मिथिला संस्कृति से विशेष लगाव होने के कारण क्षेत्र व मिथिलाभाषियों के लिए रोजगारोन्मुखी कार्यों में अपना जीवन लगा दिया। गौरतलब है की मैथिलि भाषा को आठवीं अनुसूची में शामिल करने के संबैधानिक लड़ाई में बढ़ चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिए , जिस से देश भर में काफी सुर्खियां बटोरी।  तब से लेकर आज तक मैथिल उत्थान के अलावा सरकारी व गैर सरकारी संस्थान को भी आर्थिक सहयोग करते आ रहे हैं। इसके साथ ग्रामीण स्तर पर कई बेसहारा विधवाओं को सम्पूर्ण भरण पोषण करते आ रहे हैं। बिहार में बाढ़ त्रासदी के दौरान इनके द्वारा राहत कार्य आज भी याद करने योग्य है।  मैथिल बहुल इलाकों में रोजगार कैंप लगा कर व घर घर जा कर रोजगार का अलख जगाने लगे। अब तक लगभग ४५०० से ५००० से अधिक युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ चुकें हैं। अटल बिहारी इंटरनेशनल ब्रॉदरहुड के सदस्य रह चुके झा जी विश्व मैथिल संघ के संयोजक रहते हुए और अखिल भारतीय मैथिल संघ के सचिव के साथ बतौर सदस्य मिथिला मिथिलांचल वासियों को दिन रात आगे बढ़ाने के लिए हमेशा तत्पर हैं।  मिथिला के अलग अलग संस्थाओं को उनके अच्छे कार्यों के लिए शारीरिक एवं आर्थिक मदद करते रहते हैं। आज लाखों मैथिलि भाषी युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणा स्रोत्र बन चुके अनिल कुमार झा किसी परिचय के मोहताज नहीं है।. करोड़ों मैथिल भाषियों के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत्र हैं अनिल कुमार झा ,लगभग 5000 युवाओं को दे चुकें हैं...

Mumbai, India, July 11, 2025 – The Film Federation of India (FFI), the parent body of all leading film associations in India, is pleased to announce the opening of applications for India’s entry to the Oscars this year. The executive committee of FFI, in its managing committee meeting, has decided to invite films for submission from August 15, 2025, to September 10, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The FFI will nominate a Chairman of the Jury, along with senior qualified individuals from the creative field, who will be part of the jury. The final entry will be decided by a vote after all screenings are completed, and the winner will be announced on September 28, 2025. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA – Films must be released in India between October 1, 2024, and September 30, 2025. – Films must have a minimum run of seven consecutive days in a commercial motion picture theater. – Content must be 60% in local dialect of any Indian language. – Proof of release with a minimum one-week run in theaters in India is required. दिनांक ७ जुलै २०२५, मुंबई:- धारावी पुनर्विकास प्रकल्पाच्या नावाखाली सरकार व अदानी समूह धारावीतील गरिबांच्या हक्कांवर गदा आणत आहे.हा प्रकल्प सामान्य जनतेच्या हक्कांचे उल्लंघन असून, संपूर्ण प्रक्रियेत लोकशाही मूल्यांना आणि जनतेच्या आरोग्याला धक्का पोचवणारा आहे,अशी संतप्त प्रतिक्रिया बहुजन समाज पक्षाचे प्रदेशाध्यक्ष ऍड.सुनील डोंगरे यांनी सोमवारी (ता.७) व्यक्त केली. मुंबई येथे आयोजित पत्रकार परिषदेतून ऍड.डोंगरे यांनी केंद्र, राज्य सरकारसह अदानी समुहाच्या भूमिकेवर प्रश्नचिन्ह उपस्थित केले.राज्य महासचिव, पश्चिम महाराष्ट्र झोनचे मुख्य प्रभारी आणि पुण्याचे माजी नगरसेवक डॉ.हुलगेश चलवादी यांच्यासह पक्षाचे प्रमुख पदाधिकारी यावेळी उपस्थित होते. दरम्यान, बसपाच्या शिष्टमंडळाने धारावी पुनर्विकास प्रकल्पाचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी एस.व्ही.आर श्रीनिवास यांना निवेदन देत धारावीतील समस्यांबाबत अवगत करवले.प्रदेश सचिव नागसेन माला, इंजि.दादाराव उईके यावेळी उपस्थित होते. धारावीतून लोकांना जबरदस्तीने हटवून देवनार डम्पिंग ग्राऊंडजवळ पुनर्वसित करण्याचा घाट घातला जातोय.केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण मंडळाच्या नियमानुसार, डम्पिंग ग्राऊंडच्या जवळपास ५०० मीटर परिसरात कुठलेही बांधकाम कायदेशीरदृष्ट्याही चुकीचे आहे. अशा विषारी परिसरात घरे बांधून लोकांना स्थलांतरित करणे म्हणजे थेट त्यांच्या जिवाशी खेळ करण्यासारखे आहे, असे मत व्यक्त करीत ऍड.डोंगरे यांनी सरकारच्या हेतूंवर गंभीर प्रश्न उपस्थित केले.धारावीच्या आर्थिक, सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक जैवविविधतेचा विनाश करून या भागाचे ‘बीकेसी २’ करण्याचा व्यापारी हेतू आहे, असा आरोप त्यांनी केला. अदानी समूह समाजसेवा नाही, तर व्यावसायिक उद्देशाने काम करतोय. धारावीतील लोकांनी वर्षानुवर्षे मुंबईच्या अर्थव्यवस्थेला पाठबळ दिले आहे. त्यांना घरे देणे सरकारचे उपकार नाही, तर सामाजिक व कायदेशीर जबाबदारी आहे,अशी स्पष्ट भूमिका बसपा ची असल्याचे ऍड.डोंगरे म्हणाले. लघुउद्योगांचे काय? प्रकल्पाच्या आराखड्यात फक्त घरांचे पुनर्वसन आहे, लघुउद्योगांचे नाही.धारावीतील हजारो लघुउद्योग, विशेषतः चामडा, वस्त्रनिर्मिती, अन्नप्रक्रिया, मातीशिल्प हे रोजगाराचे स्रोत आहेत.जर या उद्योगांचे पुनर्वसन नसेल, तर लोकांना नोकरीविना घरे देऊन आणखी गंभीर समस्या निर्माण होतील.प्रकल्पात पारदर्शकतेचा अभाव आहे.नागरिकांसह स्थानिक प्रतिनिधी, सामाजिक संस्थांना या प्रकल्पाची सविस्तर माहिती देण्यात आलेली नाही.अपात्रतेची कारणे, आर्थिक व्यवहार, पुनर्वसन निकष सर्व काही गोंधळात आहे. हा ‘टॉप-डाऊन’ दृष्टिकोन लोकशाही विरोधात आहे,असा आरोप बसपाचा आहे. सरकारी जमिनींच्या खासगीकरणाचा डाव धारावीतील ६०% हून अधिक जमीन सार्वजनिक मालकीची असून, ती खासगी कंपन्यांना विकणे म्हणजे जनतेच्या मालकीच्या संपत्तीचे खासगीकरण होय.धारावीतील सर्व रहिवाशांना पात्र ठरवून त्यांना त्यांच्या मूळ जागीच घरे देण्यात यावीत.सरकारने कुठल्याही सवलतीच्या नावाखाली वंचितांची थट्टा करू नये.बसपा ही नेहमीच शोषित, वंचित, कष्टकरी वर्गाच्या बाजूने उभी राहिल आणि त्यांच्या हक्कांसाठी झगडत राहील, असे प्रतिपादन प्रदेश महासचिव डॉ.हुलगेश चलवादी यांनी केले.   सर्वसामान्यांच्या मूलभूत हक्काचे उल्लंघन करू नका; सरकारला आवाहन   Disclaimer: The facts and opinions appearing in the article do not reflect the views of Our Website Or of our Editors  and we does not assume any responsibility or liability for the same. The loan against policy feature is very useful as it provides customers with liquidity without disturbing their long-term savings plan. In FY2025, the Company disbursed loans to over 42,700 customers.
